Franco Colapinto claims pole at the New Zealand Grand Prix with a 01:03.185.

Brazilian Igor Fraga who is currently second in the championship will start from second and most suprisingly Spike Kohlbecker the American driver was third fastest pushing Liam Lawson  down to start race 1 from fourth towards the end of the session.

Ken Smith who is familiarising himself with the new turbocharged FT-60 chassis was 1.433 off the fastest time.
