The Kiwis – Born to Fly story would not be complete without a third and final instalment and Perspective Group is proud to announce that Kiwis – Born to Fly 3 is currently in production.
Shooting at various locations in New Zealand and the U.S. between May and November 2025 for airing in the first quarter of 2026.
While there are so many stories yet to tell Kiwis – Born to Fly 3 will focus on the legacy and the future. New Zealand is a nation of motorsport professionals, from drivers to the hundreds behind the scenes, who are held in such high regard globally and put New Zealand firmly on the world stage.
This has always been the aim of the series to create a benchmark for the general public on just how good Kiwis are within the sport.
A feature of this instalment will focus on the IMSA 10-Hour Petit Le Man’s event held at Road Atlanta in October. Uncovering a massive depth of Kiwis both on and off track.
However no story would be complete without again revisiting the Motorsport Capital of the World , Indianapolis and the USF Pro series and more Kiwis in business within the sport.

Complementing this is a vast array of locally shot features that highlight the road to success, where it all starts right here at home and the schemes that aid this process.
“I’m proud of the fact we can make this third and final instalment“ commented creator David Turner.
“Massive thanks to those who are supporting this with sponsorship, content, and the effort they are putting into the production, along with their support of the concept and the efforts of my co-producer, Lyn Paton.”
The second chapter has had reactions globally far greater than we ever thought possible, with outstanding uptake in many countries. We certainly hope this final chapter will leave a lasting impression on the legacy of the sport and showcase our great respect for those within it and the sport itself.
Further information on the content and screening details will follow in the coming months. Perspective Group equally thanks Sky NZ and Sports Nation Radio for the ongoing support they provide.
Presenting sponsors are Mansons, Tasman Motorsports, Hampton Downs Academy, Creme Insurance, Giltrap Group, AutoPark, Racetech and Harcourt’s. The support of these fine sponsors enables this final instalment of Kiwis – Born to Fly to happen, and we acknowledge their valuable contribution.
Further supporters and partners to be announced in the coming weeks.
