A successful season for the Mazda Racing Series was celebrated in Auckland at the weekend as competitors and officials acknowledged the achievements of the 2023/2024 season.

Awards covered the respective championships as well as a range of other efforts and milestones.

Chris White of Prebbleton received the trophies for winning both the National and South Island Championships. White took the National title from Aucklander Warren Crowther and Timaru rookie Will Kitching and the South Island title from Kitching and Matt Dodd.

There is also a Teams Championship in each island. Darkhorse Racing (Leo Bult, Steve Brown, and White) takes that accolade in the north and YTG Racing (Dodd and Kitching) in the south.
