The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series will be available on ThreeNow, with coverage of the Clash at the L.A. Coliseum, kicking off on Monday, 5 February at 1.00 pm NZDT, live and free on ThreeNow.
The first Xfinity Series coverage will commence on Sunday, 18 February, at 10.30am NZDT, live and free from Daytona International Speedway, only on ThreeNow.
This season of the NASCAR Xfinity Series sees Kiwi Supercars champion Shane van Gisbergen driving full-time.
Van Gisbergen, who finished in second place in the 2023 Supercars Championship, won the inaugural Chicago Street Race in his NASCAR debut in July; becoming the first driver in more than half a century to win a Cup race in their first start. Driving the #97 Chevrolet Camaro with Kaulig Racing, the three-time Supercars champion will also drive in a minimum of seven Cup Series races in 2024.
The Kiwi’s Cup starts will come at Circuit of the Americas (25 March), Talladega Superspeedway (22 April and 7 October), Charlotte Motor Speedway (27 May), Chicago Street Race (8 July), Watkins Glen (16 September) and Las Vegas (21 October).
“Awesome to hear the news that NASCAR will be shown on TV in NZ this year!” said van Gisbergen. “It’ll be a few early Sunday and Monday mornings for the Kiwi fans, but hopefully, I can do my best to make it worth it.”

“Three has been New Zealand’s home of free motorsport for decades, and we are incredibly proud to bring this momentous season of NASCAR to ThreeNow and allow all kiwis the chance to follow Shane van Gisbergen.”
Highlights from both series will also be available each Sunday on CRC Motorsport, commencing on the 11th of February at 4pm on Three and ThreeNow.

It’s been a bummer not being able to watch NASCAR live over the last couple of seasons so this is fantastic news.
Nice one! Haven’t used Three Now before, do they offer replay or ability to record for those of us who can’t get to a screen during the day..? Have had a look at their FAQs and unable to find an answer.
All I have found in relation to this is that highlights will be broadcast on CRC motorsport on Sundays. This is unfortunate, I was hoping for full replays. Apparently the nascar YouTube channel offer full replays from around 2 days after the event aired.
For Craftsmen Truck and Xfinity series…the Cup series seems to come about 4 days later.

Apart from this article saying when the first xfinity race streams the rest is vague. It appears three now has no guide. Like, NASCAR Duel events are on today. These are Daytona grid setting races. Are they being streamed?
