A grid of 28 has been set for next Monday’s inaugural celebrity Supercars All Star Erace contested on the famed Mount Panorama circuit.

Alongside the existing confirmed entrants, seven-time Bathurst 1000 winner Craig Lowndes will make an appearance in the event, following on his debut wildcard entry in the weekly Eseries event last Wednesday at Circuit of the Americas.

There will also be a trans-Tasman rivalry as five-time winner of the Great Race Steven Richards has confirmed he will make his debut sim-racing appearance.

Richards and Lowndes claimed two Bathurst crowns paired together, in 2015 and again in 2018.

“Being part of the All Stars Eseries was an eye-opener, so looking forward to getting back to a track I know really well which is Bathurst,” Lowndes told Supercars.com.

“Racing against some old names I’ve had some great battles with, Neil Crompton being one of them.

“He was my teammate at one stage there, so looking forward to that.”

Joining the list of two-wheeled stars for the event is MotoX ace Chad Reed who will be competing from his Texas home.

The event has been launched off the success of introducing wildcards across the ten-round weekly Eseries which has attracted the likes of Formula 1 duo Max Verstappen and Lando Norris, as well as Indy 500 winner Will Power.

Monday’s race gets underway from 9 pm NZT and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports and via the official Supercars Facebook, Twitch and YouTube channels.
